  • Is it safe to deposit with Migotrade?
    Yes. We maintain strict legal policies – once you deposit, the funds go directly into your account, with all transaction information being encrypted by SSL.
  • Can I “borrow” a credit card to deposit here?
    No. All deposits must come from a transaction source, associated directly with the account owner.
  • How do I withdraw money?
    Through the “Withdrawal” tab in your personal account. All withdrawals are processed within 7 business days.
  • Are there any hidden fees with Migotrade?
    Migotrade relies on transparency. We don’t support any form of hidden fee inclusion. We will only charge you based on your trading activities. If you notice any suspicious activity in your account (be it e-wallet or a bank account), we urge you to contact your service provider immediately.
  • What trading products are available with Migotrade?
    Currencies, Stocks, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies. You can check our “Trading Assets” page for more information or contact a trading representative to guide you through all possible trading products.
  • What do I need to present to satisfy Identity, Residency and Payment proof?
    ID proof – a government-issued ID card: Passport, national ID, or a driver’s license.
    Residency proof – an official document (bank statement, utility bill) with full name, address and issue date. (not older than 3 months)
    Payment proof – payment proof requirements may vary depending on your country of residence. An executive will consult with you upon account opening to guide you through the process.
  • Can I trade with leverage?
    Yes. Migotrade supports leverage of up to 200:1, with the option to customize leverage based on your trading strategy.
  • Can I go below 0 on my account?
    Simply, no. You trade only with what you invest. You can only lose the total deposited amount.
